I'm doing this Hair Like a Fox Diet right now for hormone type hair loss.
You need lots of White Sugar , red meat, oysters, shrimp, salt, milk, cottage cheese, cheese, eggs, orange juice, refined coconut oil. Drink coffee with the meat to stop iron absorption. Add gelatin to diet. Fruit is ok.
Stay away from Iron, unsaturated fats and most vegetables except for a carrot everyday to kill off fungus and bacteria in the lower intestine that causes endotoxins.
