Thanks a lot for your reply!! :) You're definitely right about 21 year old diets.. I used to eat sooo bad.. Damn this modern society! I definitely don't now though and now I'm just telling off my friends whenever they order fast food haha!
I think i mentioned before that my food is mostly cooked well.. i tried doing a raw diet for a while, but it screwed me over big time! I am intolerant to most grains but I can have amaranth so i usually have an amaranth porridgey kind of breakfast which isn't too great lol! Sometimes have stuff like flax and chia seeds with it.. I don't eat any red meat because I found it very very difficult to digest and i only have small amounts of chicken, turkey or salmon daily.. I eat a lot of steamed green vegetables, a lot of herbs and spices in my cooking and I'm not too sure how to go about carbs at the moment, but i want to add some in because I don't think it's good to deprive the body of carbs even if you do have candida.. especially not when you're as skinny as i am! I drink a lot of herbal teas too and just added eggs into my diet and wondering if it's a problem.. I've never cheated! The only thing I have cravings for is potato chips.. it's like a temptation challenge with them!
I do take 3 tablespoons of EVCO daily as well as flax, borage and evening primrose daily and I've only used a laxative once in my life.. is apple cider vinegar ok for candida?? I have some at home, but have been afraid to use it because people say it's not good for candida :\
I hope doing some cleansing will help too! I ordered myself an enema bag about a month ago to help with detox from cleansing cuz i do not want to be reabsorbing any toxins >< but it still hasn't arrived :( how very miserable it is
