So weak and shaky, losing weight

I started taking the Kroeger herbs parasite cleanse 9 days ago, and it was working well. I was finally clearing a large "lump" which I thought was a bollus of roundworms. Never see any evidence of worms in my stools, but I've been losing weight, especially in my belly, which I attributed to swelling and inflammation from the roundworms.

Suddenly, a couple of days ago, I started feeling very tired and sleepy, which is unusual for me. Today, I got shaky and weak and could hardly walk to the kitchen without feeling out of breath and having heart palpitations.

I figured I needed some extra protein and carbs, so I ate some beans and brown rice, and feel a tiny bit better, but still sort of brain fogged.

Any suggestions? I thought I was drinking enough water with the cleanse, but maybe not. Maybe this is severe die off? I've never had die off like this, not even with pharma drugs.

I have some Bentonite clay and psyllium. Do you think a P&B and an enema would help? I have to work, so I can't feel like this. Tweet
