You didn't specify whether the food was organic. The horrible effects of herbicides/pesticides on food cannot be overstated - especially if the food source is not from an industrialised nation - unless it is organic at least.
A quick point about the type of diet suggested - make sure you do not become too alkaline. It can be as damaging to the body as being too acidic, but no doubt your nutritionist has explained the dangers.
