-yes, that is a good picture of it, IMO.

When I worked with race horses, most owners didnt care, whatever the doc or alternative doc put in them, as long as they performed. What I saw was that the alternatives like acupuncture or healing or homeopathy, made results. The horses could even have "meds" until the day of the race, but if given pharma meds they needed some days of quarantene.
