I think. I don't have it in my hands at the moment, so I'm not sure.

I've been in ketosis. As a woman of a certain age that has always(up until the great gluten buh-bye) carried around extra fat, I've tried quite a few diets, including atkins and similar. I always felt very well eating that way, I did not associate that with the fact that I wasn't consuming any gluten.

I remember using keto-stix or strips or whatever. Ketosis RULED. Still does, I'm sure. :)
