Re: is salt water flush safe during a water fast?

If you think that a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) will benefit you then go ahead by all means, but the sudden onrush of concentrated sodium can produce havoc on the kidneys and other organs.........

The colon is cleansed completely for example on a water-only-fast, so from day 3 to 7, the colon is being repaired and impacted feces on the intestinal wall start to loosen and are autolyzed as fuel.

Enemas are enervating except for coffee enemas that are used to stimulate the gallbladder and liver into producing more bile for elimination. (Gerson Protocol).
