I am taking 3G of vit C, 600mg of Niacin, and B1and B2 I take them in a B-complex (10mg of B1 and 15mg of B2-maybe not enough?)and boron 3G in my multiminerals. I took selenium as yeast selenium so far and today I started seleth.....(don't know the name but it the one everyone recommends here).
Wombat advised me to cut down on iodine(at least for a while) and I am going to do this.
I was also thinking in buying some chlorella just in case I have mercury toxicity because I can't afford to have a hair analysis and don't even know if they do it in my country to be honest.
I will up the vit C to 4g
