I wrote a plausible explanation about how coq10 could help treat parasites. I am just going to include it here just for sake of ease.

This is just a theory but so far it is reasonable. Also, many
parasites have their specific biochemical pathways that are unique to them but I think share some of the pathways that ruminants do to make atp. When reading about studies for fasciola gigantica there are both references to aerobic and anaerobic metabolisms. So, I am assuming that it's similiar to the pathways that we humans have. I just never delved far enough into
parasite studies to figure it out.
Also, the coq10 going into the different layers of the mitochondria is right, but I don't think it uses the conventional receptors to get it there that some of the other metabolites or minerals need.
I picked thru different parts of Dr. Clark's "The Cure of All Diseases", but never came across an explanation. I might have missed it. Anyways, I hope it helps.
