Coffee with some anti-fungal qualities?


Coffee has been controversial with some candida plans because of it might containing mycotoxins+excessive caffeine might be an issue with people that have adrenal problems.

It is interesting that coffee has a good amount of chlorogenic acid which might have some anti-fungal activity. For some the occasional cup of decaf might not cause too many issues. I've been doing medium roasted decaf for about 2 weeks and it actually seems to be doing more good than harm.
