Gotta chip my 2 cents in here. I don't eat breakfast, but my wife and I each have juice from our juicer. I may eat a light lunch, veggie sub, salad, something like that as a late lunch after I work out, but otherwise I eat only one meal a day. There are many times I'm simply not hungry and just juice for the day and eat the next time I feel TRUE hunger. In 2 years I bet I've done 60 2 day juice fasts just going this way. Paul Bragg talks a lot about people lining up to eat like herds of cows, and he's right. The problem is that most people are programmed to eat at certain times and can, and do get physically ill via the physcosamatic (sp) process if they don't get food at certain times. And trappe'rs right, fasting really is the key to opening up this awareness. Take care.
