There are two forms of water fasting. The long fasts are usually for dealing with chronic health problems. However, many find shorter more frequent Water Fasts are very helpful.Bragg suggested one day a week, three days a month and ten days seasonally. This may be what you need to help you gain more control over food habits especially while you are in school.
