The best soup is something homemade, of various veggies that are slow and low-cooked, over a few hours. It doesn't take lots of effort, as these can be rough cut, and all it is is veggies and water. But you do have to get the stuff, and make it.
and, of this soup, just the broth is taken, the first day.
It can be delicious. spinach, onion, carrot, whatever.
Also, plain dried (simmered) nettles and garlic broth can be delicious, or so it was for me. High mineral content.
I too, craved savoury broth, not fruit,coming out of my second longish fast. And it depends where you are, too. In the cold, the broth makes more sense. I ended up breaking fast II (21 days) with a small V-8 and fresh lime juice. Sometimes you do what you can. Do your best, and bless it, whatever it is.
PS I esp. wouldn't want to put the noodles in me... Or the chicken-- but that's me, not you. Still, you might wanna think twice about that.
