Go lighter on the coffee. Start with 1/4 teaspoon. I had to do that for a couple of weeks.
Also....do them in the morning. Especially at first.
Don't lay on your left side, like you would for a normal enema. Lay on your back or right side. You don't want it to go too far up the colon. That would increase the stimulation since it enters the general bloos stream...rather than going straight to the liver like it is supposed to.
I was nervous to do them too. But my practitioner says they are essential. From years of being a practitioner, she has seen over and over that people who do the enemas make more progress, get better quicker.
The fact that it my provide a little stimulation is a required negative for the more important positive of improving your ability to get rid of toxins.
