I have also looked into starting NAC. I noticed that when I take milk thistle, I sleep better and my skin is less itchy. I know that milk thistle promotes glutathione, and NAC is the precursor to it. Omo had lots of luck with NAC, milk thistle and SAMe.
I am also considering making my own liposomal glutathione, but I am suspecting that there is a sulfur/histamine issue happening too. Too much glutathione supplementation will only exacerbate this problem.

I plan to get some quercetin/bromelain complex and see if that helps with the allergies.

I am already on a concoction of milk thistle/dandelion/artichoke but I stopped it for a couple weeks because I was detoxing really hard. I just started it up again yesterday.

Interesting that you mention the lines on the forehead. I have them too- 3 deep ones. I thought that it was because I was unconsciously wrinkling my forehead but this is now a very big coincidence. I was very angry for many years about so many things in life. I also binge drank and took party drugs on and off. I'm so jealous of your rural life! I want to move to the country so bad. I feel like I would get better so much faster.

I'm now seeing more and more that liver needs more attention than ever. all signs are pointing there. Have you done any coffee enemas? I haven't done one for about 8 months now because the last one sent me through the roof. I'm thinking I may give it a try again though, maybe with a very very light dose of coffee.
