Sounds pretty similar..sorry you are suffering! So here are my suggestions:

1.) Lyme/bartonella test - http://www.igenex.com

3.) start humaworm about 2 weeks after starting cowden program - directions for humaworm and all else - Anything (natural or pharmaceutical) that kills creatures in the body (bacteria, fungi, parasites, viruses, etc) should be taken on a cylical basis, making sure to be OFF all bug killers for the same 36 hours that all Nutramedix Microbial Defense herbs are stopped from day 78 through day 190 of the Cowden Support Program. Because of the Cascara, Senna, and certain other herbs, the Humaworm should be cycled 12.5 days on, 36 hours off, 12.5 days on, and 15.5 days off each 6 weeks

4.) Dental Cleanup - remove all root canals and replace all Amalgams - do this asap while waiting on products

5.) Change diet - organic as much as possible, no wheat, glutten, sugars, cafeine, alcohol, etc
