Hi - H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is great for oxygenation of cells and tissue. However, from what I know, you should be careful with the timing of it, especially if you take iron supplements. I would take H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) first thing in the morning in a big glass of distilled water. I would wait an hour before drinking / eating anything to avoid detrimental reactions in the gut. Avoid iron supplements, ascorbic acid, and dietary fats for 30 - 60 minutes after taking the hydrogen peroxide to avoid problems.
