I guess I should have answered this post sooner. Lyme testing in notoriously inaccurate. The ELISA test is what is used by conventional medical doctors. From what I know about it, the test has an accuracy rate of ~50%.
You want to try to do the western blot thru Igenex. I guess it was the cdc that changed the diagnostic criteria for positive lyme tests. The 41 kda tests for the spirochette's tail. If that is positive regardless of the other's it's a pretty good indication that you have lyme, atleast one of the species of it.
You can blog about which tests come up positive and such and if that would be considered a positive diagnosis. The spirochette's are very good at hiding though, creating biofilms may lead to inaccurate test results regardless. It's pretty confusing. HTHs..
