It's obvious from the mass amount of posts about not eating carbs, that well, a lot of people here feel a no-carb diet is the way to go
Does it really matter that much? I don't eat insanely high-carb atm, but I eat medium carb (I don't do the crazy restrictions, is what I am saying)
In the beginning of all of this, I did an almost 0-carb diet because I thought I had candida. It was pretty miserable times. I did it for a about a month, and I'm not too sure it helped at all. Of course, as time went on, my infection naturally built up a pile of increasing symptoms on me, but I am not so sure it's because I went off the 0-carb way of eating
Straight to the point: If I eat carbs on these medications, does it somehow decrease their potency?
