I am sorry to hear that you're having pain ): The probiotics should start to work, until then try chewing on natural ginger or ginger candy! It sounds silly but ginger settles the stomach and you can find chewy ginger candy at health food stores. If you can't find any right away, keep sipping on gingerale until you do (: Hope that helps!
