Fasts longer than 3 days do tend to be a verging on the unsociable side. Makes you realize how much of our lives are constructed around the very pattern that brings our eventual demise.
10 days is a fair Reset, and if due diligence is applied through the year, herbs are used regularly then much good comes from the experience.
In your previous post on fasting you suggested using herbs that allowed the body a selection of minerals to rebuild the body. Surely the idea of a fast is to allow the body to dig into its own reserves, consumes its weaker cells, and then when breaking the fast set about giving it it a choice of herbs/minerals/foods to allow the rebuilding to take place. Any thoughts on this?
