Drank 300ml of water then bloated out in the mid left abdomen again.
Drank 400ml of warm water later and despite the immediate discomfort afterwards around 3hrs later I felt a lot better. Was still bloated mind. Thinking the warm water may be of less stress to my system.
Noticed burping after drinking the water helps to relieve some of the stomach pressure.
Decided to keep up a regular intake of water from now till the end of the fast and see if I make any improvements in the amount of water I can handle. If no improvements are made by day 28 that is when I will end the fast.
