Mark Twain--Good sense of humour! One of my favourite MT quotes. "The coldest winter I ever spent was the summer the I spent in San Francisco."
OTT, sure, but I found it cold there, also. brr.
As to having flu -or a "cold"- and waiting to wfast or not,
wfasting is ALWAYS the right idea. Fast-tracking Nature
(sick animals will naturally fast...)
Look at Dr. Bass's stories of fasting as a youth. . . He's quite entertaining.
The biggest lie around is the one that says we have to eat to live; and most of us have believed it -- for ages! This gives rise to such sober-faced sayings as "you are what you eat"-- a huge lie that is aimed at making a person feel they are actually the physical substance, and no more than that! (Mind you, for some people, who 'live to eat', this lie can SEEM to be true. . .)
Lies on lies. Let's have a New Year of truth-telling that sets everyone free, and happy! Enjoying their own, inherent, God-given (replace with your own highest-frequency words) potential.
