i would be drinking a strong cup of Wormwood tea every day, doing enemas with it, and taking boswellia serrate

stuff runs to get out of the body when i combine Wormwood and bloodroot

problem is they are trapped in my head by my skull
it feels like they are scrambling to get out

sound like yours are under the skin, not inside your skull
i hope so
that would be easier to deal with
put some toothpaste on the spot and see what happens
