Throat was still sore last night and this morning but is getting better.
Drank a decent amount of water yesterday. Experienced some slight bloating.
I have noticed that I have been retaining lots of water at the abdomen since transisting from dry to water fast. I will put this down to my body conserving water after being dehydrated and me drinking salted water.
To get rid of this I will try drinking spring water, to thirst, for the next couple of days.
I have still being getting stomach gnawing pains throughout the fast, this was also a problem pre fast. I thought these would have cleared up by now and would like to know what's causing them.
Also fasting is really boring but it helps to occupy the mind.
