Re: Just starting CS

Once candida goes fungal and dominates the intestinal tract it has the ability to utilize almost any food. Candida in its " yeast" form is designed for sugar and simple carbs. Candida in its "fungal" state can produce enzymes to utilize fat or protein. Just like fungus in nature has the ability to decompose and utilize almost any living matter in nature--- Animal carcass, wood, Plants etc... The reason why some of us has struggled for so long with this is the degree of fungal candida present. Fungal candida is very resilient and can utilize just about any food source. Candida can morph back and forth from fungal to yeast state depending on its surrounding environment and its food sources. When someone has little to no beneficial flora to keep candida from going into its virulent fungal state , curing candida can become very difficult.
