Re: Day 22

Hi!

I have so much admiration for you for making it 22 days on water! That is so amazing. I also am dealing with cancer.
It's metastatic Breast Cancer (spread to bones and lungs).
I kept it under control for a year with a 100% plant based, raw diet but it started growing again so I did light, weekly chemo for 3 months with Water Fasting 2 days per week. It got the cancer in remission but now I am going on longer Water Fasts along with my green diet to keep it down. I wouldn't worry too much about the tumor. I have heard stories of people who carry "dead" tumors for the rest of their lives. Your tumor may be inactive. Most of the tumors in my lungs (23 out of 25)-became inactive after a couple of months on the diet. If I were you, I would get a thermography test done. It will indicate inflammation and areas of blood flow. You will be able to determine if the tumor is active. Thermography is usually offered by alternative doctors so google it to find a clinic near you.
It costs less than $200. My father died of cancer at 45 and was doing the Gerson diet. I stay away from carrots, beets and apples due to the Sugar which makes cancer grow. I make green juices with spinach, kale, parsley, cucumber, and Celery instead. I also put sprouts in my juices. You can cut the intensity of the juices with water or almond milk.
Good luck and I have much admiration for your strength.
