I'd say that depends on what your ultimate goal is. Is weight loss a huge factor in the reason you are doing this? In this case, how many pounds would you like to lose in how short a timeframe? I would usually drink 12+ glasses when cleansing with the lemonade diet, but I wasn't obsessing too much about weight loss. Still, I lost approximately 1 pound a day.
