I'm happy to hear that you're doing well too.
Yes, I think that the deeper pink color means inflammation. I'm not going to worry about it for now, and it'll probably go away eventually. But as I've said before, I kind of like the deeper pink color because the one thing I had never liked about my lips is that they were too pale.
