Why not get some magnesium oil as well or you could make it yourself. You could swish with it maybe a couple of times a week in addition to or instead of the coconut or olive oil/COQ10 swishing. There are no hard and fast rules for what will or won't work. As MrCuddly says, OP in itself is good for strengthening teeth.
The magnesium oil has many benefits including relaxation, which can only help your healing.
