The garlic enema led to them being active to a point where I can't remember them being more active at any other night. I didn't see any flukes in my stool either. I don't think that is the right recommendation if someone has a systemic infection. Maybe it's more appropriate for infections localized in the liver at which point they will try to move I imagine.

It was a hellish nightmarish night. I wouldn't recommend it for fasciola infections.
