You could try taking the prazi by itself first to kill off as many of the flukes as you can, then take the ABZ to mop up. That way, the flukes wouldn't interfere with your fat absorption.
On the other hand, a lot of people take ABZ with no fat and it works. Maybe doesn't work as well, but works. You don't have to take the whole 40 grams. It works better with that much, but as long as you have fat as a carrier, it will probably work fine with say half that much.
Any time you eat a lot of fat, you will have a gall bladder flush anyway, so that's probably what's making you feel sick when you eat too much fat...all that bile in your system. It's the same for a lot of people. I tried to do the 3-day coconut oil flush once, but was so sick by the middle of day two, I had to quit.
Just do the best you can. While ICU's protocols are good, and I have read the research she got that 40 grams of fat from, many other researchers had good results without the fat, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility that you would too.
