It just takes time and although there are many foods which increase the bile flow and cycle bile they are all likely to cause discomfort because the duct is obstructed. Unless you open up the bile duct its very difficult, problematic and relies on good fortune. Exercise has helped occasionally; sit on the floor with your legs apart and touch you toes, left hand to right foot then right hand to left foot. Walking can provide some rhythmic pressure.
Apple Cider Vinegar has been found helpful for some, about a tablespoonful, more if you can tolerate it.
