Vitamin K

Search around for information regarding Vitamin K and arterial calcification.

Vitamin K2 seems especially potent, K1 requires conversion before being as active in the body.

There's a distinction between K2 however:

K2 MK-4

K2 MK-7

Also, remember to think of Vitamins as synergistic, they don't work in a vacuum or very poorly when isolated.

I've posted in the past about it:

PS: Another important distinction is the difference in vitamin quality! Many are cheaply made using synthetic chemical processes and higher quality are made by bio-organisms. The best is found in foods, or nature already. Avoid synthetics as much as possible.
