A lot of supps out there that can cause side effects that people don't realize. I pretty much compromised my health trying just about every thing out there/being excessive about it. A lot of these companies will brainwash people just on the positives of their supplements but don't mention the negatives or long term side effects of supps. The problem is that the supplement industry has very little to no regulations so they can get away with twisting and manipulating some of the "claims" on their products. Just make sure you buy products with a good return policy and when you first try a new supplement start of with low dosage and work your way up. If your sensitive with supplements always do new supps early in the morning so your not up all night with a bad reaction to a new supplement.
