Interesting studies. So it seems like a two step approach would be to: --- degrade the mannan and chelate the copper/reduce copper levels? The question is---is their a product /powder that can degrade mannan and remain stable in the GI tract.  Seems like some of the b-mannanase powders are questionable with its stability and how far it can travel in the intestines? I've yet to find a product that specializes in mannan degrading.  I  e-mailed speciality enzymes to see if they can sell mannanase by itself..waiting for response. Then again how stable is this powder going to be??? Hmmm
