Re:
My banning experience includes first "moreless", then "hverigerty", and "Sara" at some point, and then even the "conspiracy theory" forum banned me. The last one reminded me of the time I got ran out of Tijuana.
I liked being banned because of the warm fuzzy feeling it gave me. As far as I could tell, In every case it was because I asked questions they all didn't want to hear. In a way, forum moderators are government and if you ask them too many questions they cannot or do not wish to answer, they snuff you out. Some moderators run their forum countries as communist dictatorships, whilst others like Trapper will pretty much tolerate anything posted.
The ones that get complained about the most, appear to be those which tolerate the most freedom - as there always seems to be some group opposed to seeing others engage in free expression. The only reason for such group(s) to oppose seeing others engage in free expression, is that they feel the truth can hurt them, just like the dictator-type moderators. Sometimes instead of focusing on the issues, they make personal attacks. When that happens, one knows they are dealing with a cortisol-charged desperado.
