Jorge, I wonder if mannanase could help break down this protein and degrade it before it entered our blood stream. Whats interesting is that there are some bacterial strains that produce b-mannanase. Some labortories sell b-mannanase which has been produced by some bacterial strains. I cant find any products that have a decent amount of† mannanase in it. It would be nice to find something that could break down this mannan before it suppresses the immune system. A company called speciality enzymes specializes in enzymes. They might be a good company to call to try to get some info.
