parasites damage the gut lining (leaky gut) and change the environment very radically, so the food intolerance is either from undigested foods entering the blood stream from the leaky gut or the immunity in the gut is altered so it is attacking the 'strange' foods.

Colostrum is a fantastic immune enhancer as well as repairs gut lining - one caution is that is from cow milk, how much of milk is in colostrum?
