You need to stop with all the unnecessary supplements, man. Seems like you, and most people here, are always looking for the quick fix. My condition never improved until I changed my unhealthy diet. No amount of supplements was going to fix it.
I think you're fine taking the stuff for your diagnosed ulcer in the recommended amounts, but I would definitely stop the kefir, since dairy is not recommended for ulcers. Eat raw sauerkraut if you want the probiotics.
Why are you obsessed with the liver flushes? Has any worked for you? You seem to do more than anyone around here.
