Re: Best Enzymes to improve digestion

Hi Dave,

I never knew about digestive enzymes. I started when I started NB. I take something called GB3 from Endo-Met labs. It has Ox bile, black radish and Pancreatin.
I take them do to not having a gall bladder and recommended to me from NB for healing.
I am right now taking them 1-2 times a day was on 3 x's. But I am on a higher dose of Paramin(calcium, magnesium) do to low levels. The Paramin make me have enough bowl movements and softer then usually. SO if I us the GB3 that would cause to much and loss stoles..not good.

I never really though about taking them before a meal. I usually take them about 1/2 hour after eat..But I think I will try the 1/2 hour before eating. Then I would usually take one before bed.

Here is info from a curezone memeber's post : Dr Larry Wilson on GB3.
