Carbs/sugar only feed candida if you are eating too much fat which can block you body's ability to drive the glucose into your cells.

Some people balancing their candida problems within days on a high fruit/low fat diet:

As to your diet, I recommend high carb/low fat.

Biggest mistakes I see around here are way too much protein and fat, low fruit, under-carbed which creates emotional & mental problems, and calorie deficiency (weight loss).

Calculate what you'd normally eat and see if it's at least 5 grams of carbs times your *healthy* body weight per day and at least over 2,000 calories per day.

As for hypoglycemia, which I thought I had and brought me here, never go by you "feel" like you have it. That was my problem. Go read my thread about Toxic Hunger and start monitoring your glucose levels to make sure you really have it, or not. I'm convinced most people here who think they do really don't.
