I've mentioned a few times in the past I've been getting quite bad eye pains , dizziness and today it's been terrible. For the past few hours I've not even been able to stand up. I've never considered myself to have Hypoglycemia but after today and reading up on everything is seems a great possibility.
I've known for a long time all my symptoms stem from my digestive tract and eating always triggers off my joint pain, eye pain , dizziness and everything else.
I've tried desperately to avoid going back on a low carb diet due to feeling so worn out , hungry and horrible when on them but I think it's the only option I'm left with now. It just seems carbohydrates whilst giving my more energy are doing me much worse than good. They're literally feeding the problem.
Can anybody here explain how H pylori or possibly candida could be causing reactive problems like this ?. I've read it's possible but I just don't understand how the process works.
My doctor wants to me to start Antibiotics for the H pylori but there's no way I can do it, Antibiotics were the trigger of my ill health. I know that for a fact. I've thought about it but I've decided I'm going to try everything natural before I even consider it again.
A stool sample recently shown I have no growth of lactobacillus acidophilus , high levels of various bad bacteria that shouldn't have been present and as mentioned an endoscopy found evidence of h pylori ( an ulcer and gastritis ).
My plan of action at the moment is this:
* Low carb or zero carb diet to starve off fermenting bad bacteria or yeast.
* High dose vitamin C and despite it's controversy probably Matula tea in an attempt to eradicate the H pylori ( worth a shot right ? ).
* Take minerals and vitamins transdermally , sprayed onto the skin ( still need to speak to my doctor about this ).
* Drink water Kefir everyday ( I have a dairy allergy ).
My biggest worry for doing this low or zero carb diet plan is that I'm still 2 stone underweight , I assume this is through the H pylori but I'm not 100% sure. I can barely think of anything to eat , potatoes , sweet potatoes and gluten free bread have been my hunger fuel.
