Squash, all types. I don't know if it can work in a smoothie, but it is pretty soft when baked. I also roast the seeds and eat hull and all. I have been having a great detox with butternut, spagetti, and buttercup/acorn squash. Also, I have been juicing pineapple (with the core for enzymes). I'm planning on making a roasted garlic and butternut squash soup tomorrow. There are recipes all over the internet for things do with different squashes.
