It might be fine for you. I do not know. I am hypothyroid, very, with a visible goiter, that gets larger if I ingest soy or canola or cabbage family vegetables... or more than a few almonds or various other things. But soy lecithin is the worst. If I eat anything that has soy lecithin in it I quickly feel QUITE ill.... as if I were in congestive heart failure. And since I had CHF once upon a time, I know what feeling like that means and so I do not eat soy. I would say eat soy at your own risk.
