Take the Olive Leaf extrat separate, it won't mix with plant oils. Take the oils at bedtime if possible. It would work in a motor if needed I presume!!!!

I prefer a plastic bottle like the 16oz I use and just drink from your own bottle, no mess, no spoons, etc.
