They are beyond excellent for healing the adrenal glands, especially the yolk. The egg whites contain very high amounts of methionine.
However, and this is a huge caveat, they don't just go in and target the adrenal glands and nourish them and it all ends there. You can also experience horrendous cleansing reactions with raw eggs or any of the raw animal proteins because they are the most aggressive cleansers imo. They can stir up all sorts of waste from the intestines, liver, lungs, which in the big picture is good because it is cleansing that needs to be done, but in the short term can cause more adrenal stress.
Aajonus V. probably has more experience with raw eggs than anyone. ( see the Primal Diet books or forums)
I mentioned this a few times here that raw fatty salmon is on a par or even better than raw eggs for the adrenals.
The eggs don't taste bad at all, keep them out on the counter to warm them and just down them right from the shell or loosely mix them in a cup and drink it down. I could easily get 4-5 down in one gulp.
Keep in mind that when you go down this road it's a different paradigm than people like Dr. Wilson use. Also, mixing raw foods like these and cooked foods can sometimes send conflicting information into the body.
