Re: Genova stool results back. What do you think of this plan ?

The problem with candida overgrowth is that it produces way more toxins than it ever cleans up. So it becomes more of an oppurtunistic invader when it becomes out of control and is why the immune system is constantly trying to attack it because of it penetrating our tissue and causing inflammation. Anything that starts to penetrate our tissue/organs is an invader to the immune system and it will attack it. Our body can benefit from some beneficial yeast which can help maintain our blood sugar levels if we eat to much sugar.

Antibiotics kill the friendly bacteria which keep candida under control. Once we lose a good amount of beneficial bacteria the candida then becomes opportunistic. Look at all the Americans that eat like crap eat tons of "sugar" but dont have "strong" fungal candida issues. But as soon as you give them some anti-bacterials/anti-biotics their health can change in a hurry.  Many people I know had good health until they took anti-biotics. They immediately had health issues after they took the antibiotics. They have "continous" digestive /health issues as a result of the anti-biotics, whereas they did not have those "continous" health issues proir to the anti-biotics.  These people that cured their candida with diet alone did not have a severe candida "fungal"  overgrowth. Because once candida goes fungal it has the ability to utilize any food source. This is how it can decompose matter in nature.
