I think this plan sounds like a terrible idea for you. I believe that Western nutritionists even alternative doctors are way off mark with their programs. They have the idea that there is some kind of formula for how to correct certain problems, for example load the body with certain vitamins and nutrients, if there is a bacterial imbalance load the body with good bacteria. I really don't believe that this way of thinking gets people anywhere.
As you said, you have already tried the low-carb/no-carb approach for a long time and if that was something that was going to help you, you would have already been cured. Your body is out of balance, you are storing toxins that cannot get out and that is causing the real problems, correct this and your body will automatically re-balance and correct everything. I am now very close to completely cured and I did this only by following an ayurvedic diet and getting a good amount of physical activity. If you want to try following an ayurvedic diet that can help you to identify your body type and what your body needs in order to be healthy, there are many websites that offer free surveys you can take to identify your body type and get diet recommendations. If you are interested in this approach I will be glad to help you, send me a message or whatever.
