My eating has settled down somewhat now. I was eating like a horse after the first two days which is not what I wanted, but could not control myself. All fresh salads, fruits, nuts and some meat, chicken, fish. Nothing processed so far which is good for me.
I have gone from about 96.5kg to 99 kgs in six days. I feel good at this weight and I do not want to exceed it. I have begun exercising and I will continue to balance that with eating to hopefully stay at this weight. I put on a lot over the last two years (between fasts) and one contributing factor is that I had plantar fasciitis, in inflamation of the foot tendon which stopped me from taking walks and playing lots of golf. I have begun walking again and I will see what happens.
